About the role

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for both long-term and short-term planning as well as scheduling of training sessions. You will work closely with both internal and external partners and play an important role in developing and quality-assuring the training processes 📚The role involves many points of contact and requires good foresight, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and schedule training sessions focusing on quality and efficient resource utilization

• Maintain ongoing dialogue and coordination with external training providers and internal trainers

• Book trainers, obtain quotes, and ensure arrangements, times, and resources

• Ensure that venues, technology, materials, and practical details such as refreshments are in place

• Manage participant administration such as invitations, lists, confirmations, and attendance tracking

• Administer training documentation and follow up on quality through evaluations and improvement actions

• Contribute to and drive improvements in training planning and supplier collaboration ✨

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in pedagogy, HR, administration, or similar

• Documented experience in planning and scheduling training sessions

• Experience working with external providers and internal trainers

• Very good organizational and administrative skills

• Good communication skills and experience coordinating multiple stakeholders

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written 🌍

• Meritorious with experience in SAP, planning tools, and digital training platforms or LMS
